- Uploaded prescriptions are valid for up to 6 months or until the prescribed number of repeats has been supplied, whichever comes first. In accordance with UK Veterinary Medicines Regulations, we are legally required to retain veterinary prescriptions for a minimum of 5 years.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
For the treatment of pituitary-dependent and adrenal-dependent hyperadrenocorticism, also known as Cushing’s disease or Cushing’s syndrome, in dogs.
Trilotab Chewable Tablets are prescription-only veterinary medicines containing trilostane, licensed for use in dogs. They are indicated for the management of hyperadrenocorticism by reducing excessive cortisol production.
Trilostane works by reversibly inhibiting an enzyme involved in adrenal steroid production, helping to reduce cortisol levels in dogs with Cushing’s disease. Appropriate dosing and regular monitoring are essential to ensure treatment remains effective and safe, as directed by a veterinary surgeon.
Trilotab tablets are chewable and contain a hydrolysed chicken flavouring designed to support administration. The tablets are divisible into equal halves or quarters, allowing flexible and precise dosing where this has been specifically prescribed by a veterinary surgeon.
Trilotab is available in 10mg, 30mg and 60mg tablet strengths. Please select the strength stated on your veterinary prescription.
Trilotab is intended for long-term use in dogs diagnosed with hyperadrenocorticism and should be given consistently according to veterinary guidance.
Trilotab should only be used under veterinary supervision and supplied against a valid veterinary prescription.
Tablets may be supplied either as individual tablets dispensed from original manufacturer packaging or as full sealed manufacturer packs, depending on the option selected and the veterinary prescription.
