Delivery & Returns

We process and dispatch orders as efficiently and carefully as possible, ensuring all veterinary and regulatory checks are completed correctly.

Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are typically dispatched within 24 working hours, subject to stock availability and, where applicable, prescription approval. Orders placed after 3pm or at weekends/bank holidays are processed on the next working day and dispatched within 24 working hours from that date. As an independent, vet-led service, every order is personally reviewed, which ensures safety and compliance but may extend dispatch times during peak periods.

Orders containing prescription-only medicines will be dispatched once a valid prescription has been received and approved. Prescription verification may take up to 48 hours.
