Vetalia is designed as an online-first service, supporting pet owners across the UK rather than operating as a traditional clinic-based dispensary.
Founded by a UK veterinary surgeon with over a decade of clinical experience, Vetalia was established in response to the growing shift toward high-volume, impersonal models of veterinary care — and the need for something more thoughtful.

Our approach
Unlike many high-volume online providers that focus primarily on flea, worming, and impulse purchases, Vetalia is intentionally designed around pets who depend on consistent, long-term treatment and continuity of care.
We regularly support pets with ongoing medical needs, including:

Every order is reviewed and handled with care by a qualified veterinary professional. We do not rely on automated fulfilment systems or bulk processing — because accuracy, continuity, and accountability matter when medication is part of daily life.

I'm a veterinary surgeon with over ten years of clinical experience. I founded Vetalia to provide a more personal, thoughtful approach to veterinary pharmacy.
Every prescription is personally reviewed, dispensed and packaged by me, with the same care and clinical judgement I used in practice. Vetalia exists so pets receiving long term medication are treated as individuals, not order numbers. -

Loki is, first and foremost, a dog - one who takes naps, treats and quality control very seriously.
Living with him is a daily reminder that pets aren't just patients or prescription numbers. They're our companions and loved members of the family. That perspective shapes how I approach veterinary care and how Vetalia operates.
