Lypex Pancreatic Enzyme Capsules are a veterinary nutritional supplement designed to support digestion in dogs and cats with pancreatic insufficiency or impaired digestive enzyme production.
Lypex contains enteric-coated pancreatic enzymes, including lipase, protease, and amylase, which help improve the digestion and absorption of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. The enteric coating protects the enzymes from gastric acid, allowing them to be released in the small intestine where they are most effective.
Lypex is commonly used as part of the long-term nutritional management of conditions such as exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) and other chronic gastrointestinal disorders where digestive enzyme supplementation is required.
