Loxicom Oral Suspension for Dogs is a prescription-only veterinary medicine containing meloxicam, licensed for use in dogs.
Loxicom is indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders in dogs, and for the reduction of post-operative pain and inflammation following orthopaedic or soft tissue surgery.
Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by reducing the production of inflammatory mediators, helping to improve comfort and mobility when used as directed by a veterinary surgeon.
Loxicom should only be used under the direction of a veterinary surgeon and supplied against a valid veterinary prescription.
