PRODUCT INFORMATION
Librela Solution for Injection is a prescription-only veterinary medicine used for the management of osteoarthritis-associated pain in dogs.
It contains bedinvetmab, a monoclonal antibody that targets nerve growth factor (NGF), a key mediator involved in osteoarthritic pain. Librela provides targeted pain control and is indicated for dogs with clinical signs of osteoarthritis.
Important: Librela is administered by subcutaneous injection. Administration is typically carried out by your dog’s primary care veterinary practice. In some cases, and at the discretion of the prescribing veterinary surgeon, administration may be carried out at home following appropriate instruction.
Librela is typically administered as a once-monthly subcutaneous injection, with the dose selected according to the dog’s body weight and clinical response.
This product is a prescription-only veterinary medicine (POM-V).
Librela will be supplied following receipt of a valid veterinary prescription. Ongoing clinical monitoring by the primary care veterinary practice is required.
