- Uploaded prescriptions are valid for up to 6 months or until the prescribed number of repeats has been supplied, whichever comes first. In accordance with UK Veterinary Medicines Regulations, we are legally required to retain veterinary prescriptions for a minimum of 5 years.

For the treatment of hypothyroidism in dogs.
Leventa Oral Solution is a prescription-only veterinary medicine containing levothyroxine sodium. It is licensed for use in dogs for the management of hypothyroidism.
Levothyroxine is a synthetic form of thyroxine (T4). In dogs with hypothyroidism, supplementation restores circulating thyroid hormone levels, supporting normal metabolism, energy levels, skin and coat health, cardiovascular function and overall wellbeing.
Leventa is supplied as a 1mg/ml oral solution with an integrated dosing pump, allowing accurate weight-based dosing. Dosage should be adjusted based on clinical response and periodic monitoring of serum thyroid hormone concentrations, as directed by a veterinary surgeon.
Leventa should only be used under veterinary supervision and supplied against a valid veterinary prescription.
