PRODUCT INFORMATION
Frontpro Chewable Tablets are a veterinary medicine used for the treatment of flea and tick infestations in dogs.
They contain afoxolaner, an ectoparasiticide from the isoxazoline class, which works by killing fleas and ticks after they attach and bite. Frontpro is commonly used for the control of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis) and tick infestations (Ixodes, Dermacentor, and Rhipicephalus species).
Frontpro Chewable Tablets are palatable and can be given with or without food, making them easy to administer. Each tablet provides one month of protection, with this pack containing three chewable tablets.
This product is a non-food animal veterinary medicine (NFA-VPS) and does not require a written prescription, but it must be supplied following an assessment by a veterinary surgeon, pharmacist, or suitably qualified person (SQP).
The appropriate strength and dosing frequency are based on the dog’s body weight and should be selected carefully. Administration instructions will be provided on the dispensing label and should be followed as directed.
