PRODUCT INFORMATION
For the treatment of inflammatory and pruritic dermatoses in dogs responsive to glucocorticoids.
Cortavance Cutaneous Spray is a prescription-only veterinary medicine containing hydrocortisone aceponate. It is licensed for use in dogs for the treatment of inflammatory and pruritic skin conditions, including allergic and atopic dermatitis.
Hydrocortisone aceponate is a topical glucocorticoid with potent local anti-inflammatory activity and minimal systemic absorption when used as directed. It helps reduce redness, irritation and itching associated with inflammatory skin disease.
Cortavance is supplied as a metered spray formulation to allow accurate topical application directly to affected areas. The dosage frequency and duration of treatment should be determined by the prescribing veterinary surgeon.
Cortavance should only be used under veterinary supervision and supplied against a valid veterinary prescription.
