PRODUCT INFORMATION

Clinacin Tablets for Dogs are a prescription-only veterinary medicine used for the treatment of bacterial infections in dogs.

They contain clindamycin, a lincosamide antibiotic commonly prescribed for infections of the skin and soft tissues, oral cavity (including periodontal disease), bones and joints, where bacterial susceptibility has been demonstrated.

Clinacin Tablets may be prescribed for short-term treatment of acute infections or as part of a longer treatment course, depending on the nature and severity of infection and the clinical judgement of the prescribing veterinary surgeon.

This product is a prescription-only veterinary medicine (POM-V).

Dosage, duration of treatment, and administration instructions are determined by the prescribing veterinary surgeon and provided on the dispensing label. Antibiotic treatment courses should be completed as prescribed and may require monitoring during prolonged use.
