PRODUCT INFORMATION

For the treatment of otitis externa in dogs and cats.

Canaural Ear Drops Suspension is a prescription-only veterinary medicine containing fusidic acid, framycetin sulphate, nystatin and prednisolone. It is licensed for the treatment of bacterial and fungal ear infections associated with inflammation in dogs and cats.

Canaural combines antibacterial and antifungal agents with a corticosteroid to reduce inflammation, swelling and discomfort within the ear canal. It is indicated for mixed infections involving susceptible bacteria and yeasts, including Malassezia species, as directed by a veterinary surgeon.

Treatment duration and dosing frequency should follow veterinary instructions. Response to therapy should be monitored to ensure continued safety and effectiveness.

Canaural should only be used under veterinary supervision and supplied against a valid veterinary prescription.

Further information, including contraindications and potential side effects, can be found in the product data sheet available here.
