PRODUCT INFORMATION

For the management of respiratory conditions associated with excessive or thick mucus.

Bisolvon Powder is a veterinary medicine containing bromhexine hydrochloride, licensed for use in dogs and cats.

Bisolvon is indicated as a mucolytic to help reduce the viscosity of respiratory secretions, making mucus easier to clear from the airways. It is commonly used as supportive therapy in respiratory disease where excessive or tenacious mucus is present, including chronic bronchial conditions.

Bromhexine works by breaking down mucus structure and increasing respiratory tract secretions, helping to improve airway clearance when used as directed by a veterinary surgeon.

Bisolvon should only be used under the direction of a veterinary surgeon and supplied against a valid veterinary prescription where required.
