- For orders involving more than one pet, a separate prescription is required.
- Uploaded prescriptions are valid for up to 6 months or until the prescribed number of repeats has been supplied, whichever comes first. In accordance with UK Veterinary Medicines Regulations, we are legally required to retain veterinary prescriptions for a minimum of 5 years.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Betafuse 1mg/g + 5mg/g Gel for Dogs is a prescription-only veterinary skin gel containing betamethasone and fusidic acid.
What is Betafuse used for?
Betafuse is licensed for the treatment of acute surface pyoderma in dogs, including acute moist dermatitis (“hot spots”) and intertrigo (skin fold dermatitis), caused by Gram-positive bacteria sensitive to fusidic acid.
Active ingredients
Each gram contains 1mg betamethasone (as betamethasone valerate) and 5mg fusidic acid (as fusidic acid hemihydrate).

Administration
For cutaneous use. Apply exactly as directed by your veterinary surgeon and veterinary prescription. The product should not be applied to the eye. Follow the prescribed treatment duration and veterinary instructions carefully.
Prescription requirements
Betafuse is a POM-V (Prescription Only Medicine – Veterinarian). A valid veterinary prescription is required before Vetalia can dispense this medicine.
Storage and shelf life
No special storage conditions are required. Once opened, the tube should be used within 8 weeks.
