Baytril Flavour Tablets are a prescription-only veterinary medicine containing enrofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antimicrobial.

They are available in 15mg, 50mg and 150mg strengths. The 15mg tablets are authorised for dogs and cats, while the 50mg and 150mg tablets are for dogs.

What are Baytril Flavour Tablets used for?

Baytril Flavour Tablets are authorised for the treatment of susceptible bacterial infections of the alimentary, respiratory and urogenital tracts, skin, secondary wound infections and otitis externa where enrofloxacin is indicated by the prescribing veterinary surgeon.

Prescription requirements

Baytril Flavour Tablets are classified as POM-V (Prescription Only Medicine – Veterinarian).

A valid veterinary prescription is required before this medicine can be supplied.
