PRODUCT INFORMATION
Aurimic Ear Drops and Cutaneous Suspension is a prescription-only veterinary medicine for dogs and cats containing miconazole nitrate, prednisolone acetate and polymyxin B sulfate. Each bottle contains 20ml.
What is Aurimic used for?
Aurimic is licensed for the treatment of otitis externa and small, localised superficial skin infections in dogs and cats caused by susceptible bacteria and fungi. It may also be used for treatment of Otodectes cynotis ear-mite infestations where there is concurrent infection with susceptible pathogens.
Active ingredients
Each ml contains 23mg miconazole nitrate, 5mg prednisolone acetate and 0.5293mg polymyxin B sulfate (equivalent to 5500 IU polymyxin B sulfate).
Administration
Aurimic is for auricular and cutaneous use. Shake well before use and administer exactly as directed by your veterinary surgeon and veterinary prescription. The ear drum should be checked before treatment. Do not use in animals with a perforated ear drum.
Storage and shelf life after opening
Do not store above 30°C. After first opening, do not store above 25°C and use within 3 months. Keep the container in the outer carton.

Aurimic is a POM-V (Prescription Only Medicine – Veterinarian). A valid veterinary prescription is required before Vetalia can supply this medicine.
