AlphaTRAK 3 Blood Glucose Sterile Lancets are designed for use with the AlphaTRAK lancing device and are used to obtain a small capillary blood sample for home blood glucose monitoring in cats and dogs.
These 28-gauge sterile lancets are fine enough to help minimise discomfort while still providing reliable blood samples for accurate glucose readings. They are commonly used as part of an ongoing diabetes management plan under veterinary guidance.
AlphaTRAK 3 lancets are suitable for home use once pet owners have been shown the correct technique by their veterinary practice. Lancets should be changed regularly to maintain hygiene and ensure consistent sampling.
