- For orders involving more than one pet, a separate prescription is required.
- Uploaded prescriptions are valid for up to 6 months or until the prescribed number of repeats has been supplied, whichever comes first. In accordance with UK Veterinary Medicines Regulations, we are legally required to retain veterinary prescriptions for a minimum of 5 years.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
For the treatment of hypothyroidism in dogs.
Thyforon is a prescription-only veterinary medicine containing levothyroxine sodium, licensed for use in dogs. It is indicated for the long-term management of canine hypothyroidism.
Levothyroxine is a synthetic form of the thyroid hormone thyroxine (T4). In dogs with hypothyroidism, supplementation helps restore normal metabolic activity and can improve clinical signs such as lethargy, weight gain, dermatological changes, and exercise intolerance when used appropriately.
Thyforon Flavoured Tablets are intended for long-term administration and dosing is adjusted according to the individual dog’s response and thyroid hormone monitoring, as directed by a veterinary surgeon.
Thyforon should only be used under veterinary supervision and supplied against a valid veterinary prescription.
Tablets may be supplied either as individual tablets dispensed from original manufacturer packaging or as full sealed manufacturer packs, depending on the option selected and the veterinary prescription.
